What makes Superseed Crackers different from other seed crackers? It’s simple, the ingredients. Organic seeds, nuts, olive oil and natural seasonings. That’s it!

Unlike other crackers on the supermarket shelves our crackers are not bulked out and glued together with highly processed flours. Our gut is developed to eat wholefoods. They help keep it clean and healthy.

In today’s world, a lot of food is made from white flour and it all turns to glue in the intestines. It has no fibre, congests the system, slows down digestion creating a sluggish metabolism, and can often lead to weight gain, stress, headaches and migraines and constipation. The practice of making white flour by the process of roller milling was introduced around 1870.

Humans (homo sapiens) have been around for at least 100,000 years. Our ingenuity is ahead of our biology.

Wheat is actually a new food for us. It was only widely introduced into the human diet roughly ten thousand years ago, which is a very small percentage (0.4%) of the 2.5 million years our species has walked the planet. So what were we eating that other 99.6% of our species lifetime? We ate things that are edible raw, without the need for processing or refinement.

Our ability to process grains to an edible form was a technological development that did not occur until a relatively recent chapter in our history. That’s why we make things simple. Our Superseed Crackers are very minimally processed. The ingredients are simply combined with water to activate the seeds, then spread by hand, and gently baked until crispy. Including simple, natural and unprocessed Superseed Crackers in your diet will help give your health a real boost.
