We love hearing from you!

Kia ora Superseed whānau,

We love hearing from you. Whether it’s a compliment, a clever tip, or a curious question, your feedback helps us do better.
Recently, a lovely customer got in touch to say how much they loved our crackers (thank you!) but weren’t sure how to dispose of the packaging.

Great news! Our cracker bags are made from soft plastic, which means they can be recycled. Just rinse them out, dry them off and drop them into the soft plastic recycling bins at most local supermarkets. Your nearest Warehouse should also have one!

You’ll find the soft plastics logo printed on the base of each bag, but we get it, it’s not always easy to spot. That’s why we’re working with our designer to make it clearer on future packaging.

More ways to recycle our bags

While we’re on the topic of reusing and recycling, here’s a fun blast from the past.

One of our favourite ideas from the Superseed community was turning our cracker bags into little plant pots. It’s a simple, compost-friendly way to grow your herbs or seedlings and it looks great too.

All you need to do is poke a few holes in the bottom of the bag for drainage, then fill and plant as you normally would.

Got your own upcycling idea? We’d love to hear it.

Thanks for being part of the Superseed whānau
