Superseed began with Nikki, a chef with a passion for real food made from real ingredients. What started as a simple idea to create better-for-you snacks became a range of crunchy, flavour-packed crackers made without fillers or flours. Just honest, wholesome goodness in every bite.

In 2006, Nikki decided it was time for a change, leaving behind her analytical chemistry career to pursue her passion for culinary arts.

Within two years, she was qualified with the following:

  • London City & Guilds Certificate and Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Culinary Arts) – 2006
  • Best Overall Student Award – 2006
  • London City and Guilds Certificate in Patisserie – 2007

Then, after years of delighting palates with artisan macarons and French patisserie, her journey turned towards something even closer to her heart – creating nutritious, delicious snacks from real, natural ingredients. This passion culminated in the creation of Creative Cooking Ltd, Superseed’s parent company.

Superseed was born from Nikki's vision to offer something missing on the market – tasty, low-carb, high-protein crackers without fillers or flours. So that’s exactly what she did!
