Buffalo Chicken Dip

A festive favourite that’s perfect for using up any leftover chicken, turkey, or ham.
This creamy, spicy dip combines juicy shredded chicken, our easy homemade ranch dressing, cream cheese, Apostle Kimchi ketchup, and plenty of cheese - all baked to golden perfection. Serve it up with some of our Superseed Crackers for the ultimate festive party platter!
 

Ingredients:

250g cream cheese, cubed
1 cup ranch dressing (recipe below)
1 cup Apostle Kimchi ketchup
½ cup chopped spring onions
1 tsp crushed garlic
500g cooked shredded chicken
1.5 cups grated mozzarella cheese, halved
1.5 cups grated tasty cheese, halved
 

Method:

  1. Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, kimchi ketchup, spring onions, and garlic in a pot. Whisk over low heat until smooth.
  2. Stir in half the cheeses until well mixed, then gently fold in the chicken.
  3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheeses.
  4. Bake at 160° C for 20 mins until bubbling and golden.
  5. Serve warm with Superseed Crackers for dipping.
