It wouldn't be Christmas without one of our much-loved recipes! With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to share a festive party classic that will go down a treat!
Ingredients:
- 500g cream cheese
- 250g ricotta
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- 2 tbsp chives-finely chopped
- 2 tbsp spring onions-finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 cup diced roast capsicum
Garnish with: chopped parsley, cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh herbs.
Serve with: Superseed Crackers
Method:
- Mix the soft cheeses together (heat them in the microwave slightly if it is too hard to mix), add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place a ramekin in the middle of a round tin and cover in glad wrap.
- Place the cheese mixture in the cling-filmed tin and then pop it in the fridge for an hour to harden.
- After an hour, remove the mixture and carefully remove this from the tin and cling film.
- Garnish the wreath and place your Superseed Crackers around the outside.
