Homemade Hummus

Method:

  1. Drain and tip 1 can of chickpeas into a food processor.
  2. Peel and add 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of tahini, a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of oil. 
  3. Season with a pinch of salt, pop the lid on and blitz until smooth.
  4. Have a taste, if needed add more lemon juice or a splash of water to loosen. 
  5. Serve with Superseed Garlic and Rosemary crackers and enjoy!
