Method:
- Drain and tip 1 can of chickpeas into a food processor.
- Peel and add 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of tahini, a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of oil.
- Season with a pinch of salt, pop the lid on and blitz until smooth.
- Have a taste, if needed add more lemon juice or a splash of water to loosen.
- Serve with Superseed Garlic and Rosemary crackers and enjoy!
