Who said we don’t indulge every once in a while? A sweet Easter treat with an irresistible crunch goes down a treat in moderation!
This simple dark-chocolate bark makes a beautiful addition to your Easter spread,and takes just minutes to prepare. We like to use Superseed BBQ Crackers, with a sprinkling of chilli flakes to pop against the indulgent chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate (60–70%)
- 6–8 Superseed Crackers, roughly crushed
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes or cornflakes
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds or pistachios
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries or chopped apricots
- Pinch flaky sea salt
Method:
- Melt the dark chocolate gently until smooth.
- Spread onto a lined baking tray.
- Scatter crushed Superseed Crackers, coconut, seeds and fruit over the chocolate.
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and flaked chili.
- Chill until firm, then break into rustic pieces.
Place it on your grazing board or serve with coffee after lunch.
