Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can chickpeas, keep liquid
- Juice of 1 lemon (or more to taste)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Method:
- Blend all ingredients, adding chickpea liquid until you reach desired consistency.
- Serve in a bowl, drizzled with more olive oil, dusted with smoked paprika
