Perfect for a snack with a cup of tea or in the kid’s lunchbox!
Ingredients:
- 250g dark chocolate ⠀
- 75g Fix and Fogg Chocolate Hazelnut Butter. ⠀
- 70g Superseed Macadamia Salad Toppers or crushed Superseed Crackers
- 50g dried cranberries ⠀
- 50g puffed cereal (we used cornflakes)⠀
- 50g flaked almonds ⠀
- 25g pistachios ⠀
- 25g Fresh dried raspberries ⠀
Method:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave on full power for 30-second bursts, stirring well between each burst, until smooth. ⠀
2. Add the Fix and Fogg chocolate hazelnut butter, combine till smooth. ⠀
3. Combine the Superseed Macadamia salad toppers, cranberries, cereal and almonds in a bowl. ⠀
4. Tip the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture, stir gently and transfer into a baking paper-lined dish. ⠀
5. Sprinkle the pistachios and Fresh as raspberries over the top and tap to settle. ⠀
6. Leave to set in the fridge.⠀
