This one’s a crowd-pleaser. Sweet, salty, melty, and made to scoop with a Superseed Cracker.
Topped with cranberries, roasted pistachios and finished with a drizzle of maple syrup, this moreish baked brie recipe will leave you craving a second helping on those chilly winter days.
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie or camembert
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- ½ cup of roasted nuts (pistachios and pecans are our faves!)
- 2 tbsp of cranberries
- 1 tbsp water
- Superseed Crackers, for scooping, of course!
Method:
- Score the top of the brie and place it on a lined oven tray
- Bake at 180°C for 15–20 mins until gooey.
- Heat cranberries and water in the microwave for 1 minute and leave to absorb the moisture
- Once the brie is done, drizzle with maple syrup
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cranberries
- Rub the thyme between your fingers to release the fragrance, then garnish
- Scoop it all up with your favourite Superseed Crackers and enjoy!
