Meet Nikki, the chef and creative mind behind our products, and her daughter, Katie, the backbone of our operations. Together, they are the mother-daughter duo at the helm of Superseed, a testament to their family's love for healthy, wholesome, nutritious eating.

NIKKI

In 2006, Nikki decided it was time for a change, leaving behind her analytical chemistry career to pursue her passion for culinary arts. Within two years, she was qualified with the following:

  • London City & Guilds Certificate and Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Culinary Arts) – 2006
  • Best Overall Student Award – 2006
  • London City and Guilds certificate in Patisserie – 2007

After years of delighting palates with artisan macarons and French patisserie, her journey turned towards something even closer to her heart – creating nutritious, delicious snacks from real, natural ingredients.

 

Superseed was born from Nikki's vision to offer something missing on the market – tasty, low-carb, high-protein crackers without fillers or flours. And she did it! With a sprinkle of science, creativity and a whole lot of passion, Nikki created Superseed.

KATIE

Not far from the mixing bowl and oven, you'll find Katie.

Joining the family business with a background in retail and operations, Katie has been instrumental in nurturing the growth of Superseed. 

Her multifaceted role and creative contributions (including the brownies and cookies she regularly bakes for our team) keep the heart of our business beating!
